Regarding the work of Party building and the political system , the press has developed a plan to promote the dissemination of the study, understanding and implementation of the Resolution of the 18th City Party Congress; focusing on disseminating plans and action programs to implement the Resolution of the Congress in conjunction with organizing and implementing patriotic emulation movements.

Disseminate and implement Resolution No. 02-NQ/TU of the 3rd Conference of the 18th City Party Executive Committee (term 2025-2030). Emphasize the requirement to continue implementing decentralization and decentralization thoroughly in conjunction with administrative procedure reform and digital transformation; develop a master plan to overcome the 5 bottlenecks of the City (urban order, traffic congestion, environmental pollution, flooding and food safety and hygiene) to ensure synchronization and consistency throughout with the completion of the Capital's institutions and planning...
