Many meaningful activities before the opening of World TEA Fest 2025

On the morning of December 5, at the Hung Temple complex on Phuong Hoang Mountain (Lam Dong), the incense offering and tea offering ceremony to the Hung Kings and activities to welcome diplomatic delegations from various countries took place within the framework of the International Tea Festival - World TEA Fest 2025.

The event was attended by leaders of Lam Dong province, nearly 40 ambassadors and representatives of diplomatic agencies, experts, artisans, businesses, Miss Cosmo contestants and many tourists.

The ceremony is meant to show gratitude to the origin, and at the same time affirms that tea is not only a typical product but also a cultural symbol connecting tradition and modernity, contributing to positioning the image of Vietnam on the world tea map.

Lam Dong province leaders and ambassadors of various countries cut the ribbon to inaugurate the Tea Expo space.

Immediately after the ceremony, the Tea Gallery, Tea Expo, Tea Connect activities and the opening program on the same evening at Lam Vien Square opened the first series of international cultural - economic - diplomatic activities about tea in Vietnam.

Comrade Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, delivered a welcome speech to the diplomatic delegation to Lam Dong.

At the welcome event, the Tea Expo activity introduced a space to display Vietnamese and international tea products and art; the Tea Gallery presented documents, displayed 1,000 ancient tea trees and tea collection sets, bringing a new experience space about tea heritage.

Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi presented souvenirs to representatives of the diplomatic delegation.

The Tea Connect program – Friendship Tea with the theme “Tea fragrance – friendship” brings together ambassadors, representatives of international organizations, artisans and businesses to exchange and expand cooperation, aiming at the message of connection, peace and sustainable development.

The World TEA Fest 2025 takes place until December 7 with many activities such as Tea Summit, Tea Fest, Tea Talk, Tea Carnival, expected to create a boost for the Vietnamese tea industry through promoting culture, developing markets and international connections.
