The conference was held in person and online in provinces and cities across the country.

At the Lam Dong provincial bridge, 100 delegates were leaders, specialists, and secretarial departments of the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Lam Dong Newspaper and High School, the Provincial Political School; civil servants of the Digital Transformation - Cipher Department of the Provincial Party Committee Office attended.

The conference was held in person and online in provinces and cities across the country.

At the conference, delegates were introduced and informed about the outstanding features and new features of the operational management system; instructions on the process of handling outgoing and incoming documents; and how to use and operate the Operational Management Information System of Party agencies. Delegates also discussed the difficulties and problems that need to be resolved when processing documents on the system.

The conference contributed to putting the Operational Information System software into effective operation, creating a clear change in the digital working environment, promoting seamless connection between Party agencies from the Central to the grassroots level. Thereby, realizing the goal of "operating anytime, anywhere, minimizing paperwork", meeting the increasingly high requirements in the leadership and direction of the Party.
