Reported at the evaluation conference, in the period of 2021-2025, under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee Standing Committee, the head of the Command, the Party committees, commanders, and political agencies at all levels; the guidance and support of the Military Women's Committee; the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and overcoming difficulties of the staff and members, women's work and the women's movement of the Armored Corps have developed steadily, comprehensively, in depth, effectively, and sustainably.

Women's associations at all levels have proactively and creatively organized emulation movements; deployed and replicated many good models, new ways of doing things, rich in humanistic meaning, such as: "Supporting the training ground"; "Linking mother's arms"; "Lullaby and folk song" club; "Healthy, beautiful, confident, graceful"; "Model teaching hours"; "Women's association accompanying soldiers"...

The women's work and the women's movement of the Armored Corps have achieved many outstanding achievements: Participating in 4 military-level competitions, all won excellent prizes. Many women's collectives and individuals were commended at all levels. The role and prestige of the Association were affirmed, promoting the potential and creativity of the Association's cadres and members in all activities of agencies and units, contributing to the successful completion of the political tasks of the Armored Corps; building a clean and strong Party organization, a comprehensively strong Corps "exemplary and typical".

At the conference, delegates' presentations pointed out existing problems and proposed solutions for the coming time.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Hoang Van Loi commended, congratulated, and acknowledged the results, efforts, and contributions of all levels of the association and all cadres and members of the Armored Corps' women's association in the 2021-2025 period.

Regarding the direction of activities in the coming period, the Political Commissar of the Armored Corps requested that the work of women and the women's movement of the Corps need to focus on thoroughly grasping the viewpoints and guidelines of the Party, the resolutions of the Central Military Commission, the Corps Party Committee; effectively implementing the action program of women in the Army and women in the Corps; continuing to foster ideals, ethics and lifestyle, practicing the qualities of "Confidence, self-respect, loyalty, and responsibility", striving according to the criteria of Vietnamese women in the new era; promoting democracy, strengthening solidarity, sharing, building a positive and humane working environment, spreading good energy.

Party committees, commanders, and political agencies at all levels need to pay attention to leadership and create conditions for women's work to develop comprehensively and sustainably, associated with the Emulation Movement for Victory; continue to promote and replicate effective models, affirming the position and role of military women as "Exemplary mothers, responsible wives, gentle sisters, and graceful sisters".
