This conference was chosen by the Head of the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army as a preliminary meeting for the Conference summarizing the work of the Youth Union and youth movement at the level directly under the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense .

Colonel Nguyen Thien Thanh, Deputy Political Commissar of the Signal Corps, attended and spoke at the conference. Also attending the conference were Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Huy, Head of the Army Youth Department (General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army); representatives and leaders of units; and 110 outstanding Youth Union officers and members from throughout the Signal Corps.

The report presented at the conference indicated that, during the period 2022-2025, under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee and the Commander of the Signal Corps Command; and with the guidance and assistance of the Army Youth Committee, the officers and youth union members of the Signal Corps proactively, creatively, and diligently strived to successfully achieve the goals and action programs set forth by the 10th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Signal Corps (2022-2027), with many tasks completed exceptionally well. The youth of the Signal Corps consistently spearheaded the excellent completion of training and combat readiness tasks, including A50 and A80 missions; and achieved high results in all-army and international competitions and sports events.

Alongside this, young people and youth union members in various units have also effectively played a pioneering role in carrying out central political tasks, effectively implementing movements, campaigns, programs, and projects; building strong and outstanding youth union organizations, contributing to the successful completion of political tasks, building a clean and strong Party Committee, and a comprehensively strong and exemplary Signal Corps.

At the conference, the delegates' presentations also highlighted the remaining issues in the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement of the Signal Corps, as well as the direction and comprehensive measures to overcome them in the 2025-2030 period.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Thien Thanh highly appreciated the results of the Youth Union's work and youth movement in the Signal Corps during the 2022-2025 period. Based on these achievements, Colonel Nguyen Thien Thanh requested that, during the 2025-2030 period, units should build a modern team of Signal Corps officers and soldiers, with officers as the foundation and youth as the vanguard force; build a team of Youth Union members who meet all the standards of quality and competence in the digital environment of a digital age; and innovate the forms of Youth Union activities and the methods of gathering Youth Union members. Along with that, units also need to improve coordination and establish fraternal ties with local Youth Union organizations and mass organizations where the units are stationed.

The conference also announced and launched the delegation to attend the 11th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Army and awarded commendations to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in youth union work and youth movements during the 2022-2025 period.
