Technology not only enhances governance efficiency but also opens up new ways to spread the spirit of responsibility, compassion, and a scientific work style, following the example of the President.

That spirit is clearly demonstrated through the strong directives of the city's leaders. Comrade Tran Luu Quang, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, emphasized that science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation are "the top priority for the city at this time." The Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee affirmed that, with a two-tiered local government model, Ho Chi Minh City has 168 communes and wards ; if digital transformation is not implemented effectively, the city will face difficulties in serving its people.

The 2024 campaign to promote and introduce 19 outstanding literary and artistic works demonstrates a blend of traditional content and modern methods of transmission. Seven musical works were produced with music videos and disseminated on the city's digital platforms; eight fine art works were digitized and uploaded to the electronic portals of the wards. Thanks to this, President Ho Chi Minh's messages about unity, compassion, simplicity, and his spirit of serving the people are expressed vividly and easily understood, especially by young people. Hoang Phuc (Binh Hung commune) shared: “I like how the city is refreshing works about President Ho Chi Minh with many creative approaches. Each play, music video, or digitized painting helps young people feel his thoughts in a more intimate, less theoretical, and more emotional way.”

Inspections and surveys on administrative reform are conducted unexpectedly, linked to the evaluation of officials, forcing each leader to set an example and uphold a high sense of responsibility. This is a vivid manifestation of public service ethics in the style of Ho Chi Minh in the digital age.

All these efforts demonstrate that digital transformation is not just a technical tool, but a means to help spread Ho Chi Minh's ideological values ​​more widely and sustainably. Technology brings culture closer to the people, makes the system more transparent, and fosters a compassionate and close-knit community. By creatively applying his ideology in the digital environment, Ho Chi Minh City is building a solid foundation for a smart city, developing harmoniously between economy, culture, and ethics, worthy of the title "City Named After Uncle Ho."
