In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, before the sacred image of the great President Ho Chi Minh, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Huy, Head of the Army Youth Department (General Political Department), emotionally and proudly reported on behalf of the youth of the entire army, presenting to Uncle Ho the outstanding achievements of the Army's Youth Union and Youth Movement (YU) work during the 2022-2025 period. He affirmed that, with the attention, leadership, and guidance of all levels, the Army's Youth Union and Youth Movement have made new breakthroughs in both content and form, with many creative and widespread activities. This has encouraged and motivated the Army's youth to strive for many achievements in various fields of work, making worthy contributions to the Army's Emulation Movement for Victory and the revolutionary action movement of the youth nationwide.

As someone who regularly monitors and closely follows the activities of the Army's youth, we have observed that from 2022 to the present, youth organizations at all levels have actively and proactively innovated the content and form of political, traditional, legal, and disciplinary education and propaganda. Through this, they have built a strong political foundation for Army officers and youth members, ensuring absolute loyalty to the goals and ideals of national independence and socialism; fostering unwavering faith in the Party's guidelines and policies; strictly adhering to State laws and Army discipline; and being ready to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks.

In particular, imbued with President Ho Chi Minh's teachings: "Competition is patriotism, and patriotism requires competition...", over the years, the youth of the entire army have actively responded to and effectively participated in emulation movements and campaigns, focusing on the "Army Youth Movement for Cultivating Virtue, Developing Talent, Taking the Lead, Being Creative, and Worthy of Being Ho Chi Minh's Soldiers in the New Era," linked with promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style, with many creative, practical, and effective models and methods. The youth of the entire army have taken the lead in training, combat readiness, discipline, building a regular and orderly system, and implementing the "Determined to Win" emulation movement and revolutionary action movements. Notably, they have pioneered in carrying out parades and marches, and activities to celebrate political events of the Party, State, and Army; They spearhead the implementation of new and difficult tasks, in the most challenging areas, on the front lines, on the borders, on islands, and in remote regions, with the spirit of "Wherever youth are needed, they are there; whatever is difficult, youth will overcome it."

Alongside this, the "Young Innovators" movement and the Youth Innovation Award in the Army have been strongly maintained and developed. After 25 years of organization, the projects participating in the award have developed in terms of quantity, quality, and effectiveness, with many projects not only being applied throughout the army but also reaching global standards. Furthermore, the youth of the Army have consistently played a core role in managing, exploiting, and utilizing weapons and technical equipment, meeting the requirements of learning, training, and combat readiness; actively and effectively participating in defense diplomacy, especially in exchanges of young officers with the armies of other countries, participating in United Nations peacekeeping forces, search and rescue operations, and international military competitions, contributing to enhancing the position and prestige of the Army and the country. It can be affirmed that the more difficult, arduous, and dangerous the circumstances, the greater the contributions and sacrifices of the Army's youth, making the image of "Uncle Ho's Soldiers" shine ever brighter. Through revolutionary action movements, the youth of the Army have been the leading force in youth union activities and youth movements nationwide for many years.

Based on the achievements attained, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Huy, on behalf of the Army's youth, pledged before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh: The Army's youth will always be absolutely loyal to the Party, the State, and the people; build a firm political stance, steadfastly pursue revolutionary goals and ideals, and under any circumstances, resolutely overcome difficulties and challenges, be ready to fight and make sacrifices, and excellently fulfill all assigned tasks. At the same time, they will exemplify strict adherence to the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and Army discipline; be exemplary in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style; and be pioneers in preserving and promoting the cultural values ​​of the Ho Chi Minh Army in the new era.
