Female entrepreneurs in Da Nang city give 700 gifts to people in flood-affected areas

DNO - The Danang City Women Entrepreneurs Club - Southern region has just launched a fundraising campaign, mobilizing nearly 100 million VND to give 700 gifts to people in flood-affected areas.

The program was quickly implemented within the club in the spirit of sharing with the people in the flood-affected areas. On the afternoon of October 29, the delegation directly presented 200 gifts in Dien Ban Dong ward and Duy Hai area (Duy Nghia commune).

On the morning of October 30, the delegation presented 100 gifts to the people of Huong Tra ward and transferred 200 gifts to Tra My commune. At noon of the same day, the delegation presented 200 gifts in Go Noi commune. The gifts included food, necessities... to support people isolated by floods.

Ms. Nguy Nhu Thi Bich Tram, Vice President of the Danang City Women Entrepreneurs Club, in charge of the Southern region, said that the fundraising activity was urgently deployed within just one day after receiving information about heavily flooded areas.

Currently, the club continues to mobilize additional support resources, coordinate with units and localities to bring necessities and essential items to isolated areas.
