At the conference, the provincial leaders thoroughly grasped the basic contents of the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress; the Action Program of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to implement the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress ; documents on leadership of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and election of deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, including 03 important and core topics as follows:
First content : " Implementing the basic contents of the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, by comrade Doan Thi Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council presented.
Second content " Implementing the basic contents of the Action Program of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to implement the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030" presented by comrade Nguyen Canh Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Third content " Implementing documents on leadership of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and election of deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term" presented by comrade Giap Thi Bac, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.
Closing the Conference, Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, introduced the following solutions for Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, units, cadres and Party members in the whole province:
Firstly, continue to promote the propaganda and dissemination of the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 in a synchronous, regular, extensive and creative manner in many appropriate forms to raise deeper awareness of the significance and practical significance of the Resolution. Each cadre and party member must grasp the content, imbue it with the spirit, clearly understand the goals, tasks and solutions stated in the Resolution and at the same time resolutely fight against and refute erroneous and hostile viewpoints to firmly protect the Party's ideological foundation.
Second, all levels, sectors, agencies and units must urgently develop action programs, project plans and specific topics to concretize the resolution, clearly identify the focus, key points of the roadmap, resources and responsible persons to ensure practicality, feasibility and effectiveness in implementation. To be completed before November 20, 2025.
Third, each cadre, civil servant, and party member must strive to stick to reality, be close to the people, combine words with actions, and work effectively. In particular, each leader must uphold the spirit of solidarity, be truly exemplary in upholding the principle of democratic centralism, have high unity in perception and action, and be determined to strive to complete tasks at the highest level.
Fourth is to link the implementation of the resolution with the implementation of patriotic emulation movements and political tasks. Each locality, each sector, agency and unit must have specific products and practical and effective models in implementing the congress resolution.
The fifth is to seriously carry out inspection and supervision work, summarizing and reviewing work, promptly detecting advanced examples, replicating good models and effective methods, and using results as a measure of leadership and party organization capacity.
Focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of the tasks of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term on the basis of legal provisions.
The conference is a broad political activity in the entire Party organization, helping Party members raise awareness of the goals, tasks and solutions of the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 , fully equipping them with theoretical and practical bases to refute the propaganda and distortions of hostile forces, actively taking action to contribute to fighting against "internal invaders". At the same time, contributing to strengthening the trust, consensus and support of the entire people in the leadership of the Party. After the conference, the Party Committee of the Department of Finance will concretize in action programs to focus on leading and directing Party cells and Party members to contribute to building an increasingly clean and strong Party organization, successfully implementing the goals and tasks of the Resolutions of Congresses at all levels and the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Department of Finance for the term 2025-2030./.
