The 15th Congress of Lai Chau Provincial Delegates, term 2025-2030, identified 3 breakthroughs. These are breakthroughs in transport infrastructure, logistics, ensuring convenient connection between Lai Chau and economic axes and regions in the region, intra-regional transport, border commune roads; breakthroughs in developing commodity agriculture, medicinal herbs and green economy, focusing on developing medicinal plants, high-quality temperate fruit trees into key products, linking agriculture with tourism, OCOP, circular economy; breakthroughs in improving the quality of human resources, developing science, technology and digital transformation.

During this term, Lai Chau has set a goal of starting construction of many large projects such as the Khau Co tunnel, Hoang Lien tunnel, upgrading National Highway 4D from Hoang Lien tunnel to Phong Tho commune, building the CT13 Bao Ha - Lai Chau expressway, and Lai Chau airport. These projects, when completed, will be the key for Lai Chau to connect with the lowlands and develop strongly. This is the foundation for Sin Suoi Ho to develop tourism, create a green ecosystem, and help the Mong people here to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty.
Village Chief Vang A Chinh hopes that the Party and State will continue to propose stronger and more comprehensive policies and investment resources to develop ethnic minority areas. Implement well the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development of Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for the 2021-2030 period, so that people can change their thinking and ways of working, and apply modern technology and utilities to the lives of highland villages.
With more than 20 ethnic groups living on the border land of Lai Chau, each ethnic group has different colors and cultures. To preserve and promote those values, Lai Chau province has issued many resolutions and good practices along with the efforts and perseverance of the residential communities. Many festivals and customs of the Thai, Mong, Dao, Ha Nhi... have been restored and well maintained, becoming annual destinations for tourists from all over the country, a highlight in the diverse and rich cultural colors of the Lai Chau ethnic community.
