-From 8:00 to 9:00: Under the direction of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong, the National Assembly held a plenary session at the Hall, listening to the following contents:

(1) Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang, authorized by the Prime Minister , presented the Report on 4 projects: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on Cyber ​​Security; Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order.

(3) Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs Le Tan Toi presented the Verification Report on 5 projects: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on Cyber ​​Security; Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on International Treaties.

(4) Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on 3 projects: Law on Digital Transformation; Law on High Technology (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer.

(5) Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment Nguyen Thanh Hai presented the Verification Report on 3 projects: Law on Digital Transformation; Law on High Technology (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer.

- From 9:00 a.m.: The National Assembly discussed in groups the following contents:

(1) Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on International Treaties.
