Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan has just signed Document No. 8503/BCT-XTTM to State-owned Corporations, Groups, and large private economic groups nationwide calling for support for people affected by storms and floods.

In this document, the Ministry of Industry and Trade stated that recently, provinces and cities in the Central and Northern mountainous regions have suffered from devastating storms and floods, causing serious consequences and damage, significantly affecting people's lives and business production activities of enterprises as well as damaging many infrastructure facilities.

In his opening speech at the first Autumn Fair - 2025, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh launched a fundraising program, calling for support for people affected by natural disasters and floods. Accordingly, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has been coordinating with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to actively deploy methods to call for support in order to promptly mobilize, coordinate and transfer support resources to affected localities.

To continue spreading this meaningful activity, the Ministry of Industry and Trade requests that State-owned corporations, groups, and private economic groups across the country, in the spirit of mutual love, continue to actively respond to the Prime Minister's call according to the Program of the first Autumn Fair - 2025, join hands to support materially and spiritually and share with people to overcome the damage until November 4, 2025.
