At the Conference, representatives of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the Decisions of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on appointing officials.

Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh chaired the conference on the afternoon of October 30.
Accordingly, in Decision No. 3768/QD-BVHTTDL dated October 24, 2025, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to appoint Mr. Nguyen Viet Cuong, Chief of Office of the Department of Cultural Heritage, for a term of 5 years to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage.

In Decision No. 3769/QD-BVHTTDL dated October 24, 2025, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to appoint Mr. Nguyen Chan - Head of Service Management Department, Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information to hold the position of Deputy Director of Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information for a term of 5 years.
These decisions come into force from the date of signing.

Presenting the appointment decisions and delivering the assignment speech, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh congratulated Mr. Nguyen Chan and Mr. Nguyen Viet Cuong on being trusted and appointed by the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to hold leadership positions at the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information and the Department of Cultural Heritage.
According to Permanent Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh, the appointment decisions are a recognition of the efforts, contributions and work results of the comrades in the past time, and at the same time demonstrate the trust of the Standing Committee and the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the capacity and qualities of the comrades. The appointment decisions all received high consensus and unanimity in the Standing Committee of the Ministry's Party Committee.

Permanent Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh also asked the leadership, civil servants and public employees of the two Departments to promote the spirit of solidarity, cooperation, mutual support and responsibility sharing, so that the two newly appointed comrades have the most favorable conditions to successfully complete their tasks.

In his acceptance speech, the new Deputy Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, Nguyen Viet Cuong, expressed his deep gratitude to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for their trust and confidence in him and for entrusting him with the important responsibility of Deputy Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage. According to Deputy Director Nguyen Viet Cuong, cultural heritage is an important field, making many practical contributions to the development of culture, sports and tourism of the country.
