Binh Dinh Ward Trade Union sets out 3 targets by the end of the 2025-2030 term

Established on the basis of reorganizing the Trade Union apparatus at all levels, ending the activities of the trade union at the grassroots level, Binh Dinh Ward Trade Union currently manages 4,428 union members of 57 grassroots trade unions in the ward and 3 neighboring wards.

For the 2025-2030 term, Binh Dinh Ward Trade Union has set 9 annual targets and 3 targets by the end of the term. In particular, it strives for 100% of non-state enterprises with 20 or more employees to establish trade union organizations; at least 85% of enterprises and units with trade union organizations are eligible for the Trade Union to negotiate and sign collective labor agreements (CLA); at least 60% of CLA signed or participated in by trade unions are classified as having quality of type B or higher.

Speaking at the Congress, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation Ha Duy Trung requested the Binh Dinh Ward Trade Union to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, dynamism, creativity, proactively grasping and taking advantage of opportunities, overcoming difficulties in the new situation; stepping up the work of mobilizing and gathering workers into the Trade Union organization; improving the quality of human resources, striving to successfully implement the Congress resolution, contributing to building Binh Dinh Ward to develop quickly and sustainably.

The Congress announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee and key positions of the Binh Dinh Ward Trade Union, term I, 2025-2030. Ms. Le Thi Thu Thao - Expert of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Dinh Ward was appointed to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Ward Trade Union.
