In response to the Department of Science and Technology's announcement on measurement control of measuring devices used in clean water business activities, Ngoc Tuan - Nagaoka Clean Water Company Limited has carried out the inspection of water meters within the water supply area with a total of 11,585 meters installed in households using clean water of the company. After being removed, the meters were brought for inspection at: Hung Yen Technical Center for Standards, Measurement and Quality under the Department of Science and Technology of Hung Yen province; Center for Inspection of Mechanical Cold Water Meters under Nguyen Hanh Trading Services Company Limited; Center for Inspection of Water Meters under STM Vietnam Measurement Joint Stock Company.

By October 31, the Company had inspected 2,373 watches. Of which, 22 watches met the standards, 2,351 watches did not meet the standards. After receiving the results from the inspection unit, for cases where the inspected watches passed the inspection, the Company reinstalled the watches for customers to use. In cases where the inspected watches did not pass the inspection, the Company sent a notice requesting customers to pay a fee to replace the unqualified inspected watches at the rate of 1,200,000 VND/1 watch if the customer did not keep the watch; 2,284,000 VND/1 watch if the customer kept the watch. For customers who do not agree with the inspection results provided by the company, they have the right to request to receive the watch back and have it inspected at another inspection unit.

Currently, Ngoc Tuan - Nagaoka Clean Water Company Limited is implementing the construction of Xuan Quan clean water plant in Phung Cong commune, Hung Yen province with a capacity of 49,500 m ³ /day and night. On October 7, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 14/QD-UBND approving the adjustment of the investment policy and approving the investor to adjust the capacity of Ngoc Tuan clean water plant from 19,000 m ³ /day and night to 68,500 m ³ /day and night.
