Provided more than 700 tons of rice to Tuyen Quang province and life-saving equipment to Quang Ngai province.

Tuyen Quang province was provided with 703,905 kg of national reserve rice to support overcoming the consequences of storm No. 10; Quang Ngai province was provided with national reserve goods of life-saving supplies and equipment.

The State Reserve Department assigned the State Reserve Sub-Department of Region IV to issue (free of charge) 703,905 kg of national reserve rice imported into the warehouse in 2025 (phase 1) to the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province to support households affected by storm No. 10.

Deadline for completing delivery of national reserve rice is November 25, 2025.

The State Reserve Sub-Department of Region IV is responsible for inspecting and supervising the distribution, management and use of national reserve goods to ensure compliance with regulations.

The Ministry of Finance also decided to export national reserve goods to the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province. The State Reserve Department assigned the State Reserve Sub-Department of Region X to export 1 set of DT3 speedboats; 20 sets of 24.5m2 lightweight life-saving tents; 2,000 round lifebuoys; 4,000 life jackets; 40 lightweight life rafts; 2 sets of concrete drilling machines; 5 sets of fire-fighting water pumps; 3 sets of generators of various types (1 set of 30KVA, 1 set of 50KVA and 1 set of 137KVA); 2 sets of drilling and cutting equipment; 3 sets of rescue rope launching equipment. The completion deadline is November 30, 2025.
