More than 700 tons of rice and national relief goods were urgently supplied to Tuyen Quang and Quang Ngai.

For Tuyen Quang province, the Ministry has decided to issue 703,905 kg of national reserve rice (phase 1), from the reserve warehouse imported in 2025, to the State Reserve Sub-Department of Region IV to transfer to Tuyen Quang province, serving households affected by Storm No. 10.

Rice will be delivered to commune-level administrative centers (communes, wards, and special zones under the provincial level) according to the specific allocation plan of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province, ensuring convenience for receiving and distributing to people. The deadline for completing the delivery of national reserve rice is November 25, 2025.

Along with that, the Ministry of Finance also made a decision on the issuance of national reserve goods to the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province to serve the work of responding to incidents, natural disasters and search and rescue in 2025. According to Decision No. 3675/QD-BTC dated October 29, 2025 of the Minister of Finance, the State Reserve Sub-Department of Region X is assigned to issue free of charge materials and equipment from the national reserve to transfer to the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province.

The list of materials and equipment supplied includes 1 set of DT3 speedboats, 20 sets of lightweight life-saving tents with an area of 24.5m2, 2,000 life buoys, 4,000 life jackets, 40 lightweight life rafts, 2 sets of concrete drilling machines, 05 sets of fire-fighting water pumps, 3 sets of generators of various types (1 set of 30KVA, 01 set of 50KVA and 1 set of 137KVA), 2 sets of drilling and cutting equipment and 3 sets of rescue rope launching equipment.

The time for implementation and completion of the delivery of the above-mentioned materials and equipment is stipulated until November 30, 2025. The delivery location is at the national reserve warehouse door, on the means of transport of the unit assigned to receive, ensuring convenience and safety during the transportation and handover process.

The State Reserve Department (Ministry of Finance) has issued a directive requesting the Head of the State Reserve Department of Region IV and the Head of the State Reserve Department of Region X to urgently coordinate closely with the People's Committees of Tuyen Quang and Quang Ngai provinces in delivering and receiving rice, supplies and equipment from the national reserve, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, supporting the right beneficiaries, and using them for the approved purposes.

During the implementation process, if any difficulties or problems arise, the State Reserve Sub-Departments must promptly report to the State Reserve Department for consideration, guidance and direction for resolution.
