The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just issued Decision No. 3849/QD-BVHTTDL on approving propaganda poster samples for official use in propaganda activities for Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party.
According to the Decision, 17 propaganda posters by authors were selected for use. Of which, Ha Tinh has 1 work "Warmly welcome the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam !" by author Vo Ta Luc (Thanh Sen ward).
17 officially approved propaganda posters to promote Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Congress include many contents such as: "Warmly welcome the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam!", "Welcome the 14th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam", "Determination to successfully achieve the goal of becoming a developed, high-income country by 2045!"... The works were selected from the composition contest and will be used nationwide.
According to the Decision, the propaganda poster model will be officially used in propaganda activities for Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party from October 29, 2025.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests units, organizations and individuals to use propaganda posters for Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress, according to the model provided by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to ensure accuracy and consistency.
