Awarding ceremony of the contest for composing propaganda paintings and logos for Party Congresses at all levels

On the evening of October 3, at the Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a summary and award ceremony for the Contest of composing propaganda paintings and logos to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, the 16th Provincial Party Congress, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism awarded first prize to author Nguyen Thi Lo.

The contest was launched in early 2025, attracting 316 entries from professional and amateur artists nationwide, including 217 propaganda paintings and 99 symbolic works. Many works are highly generalized, impressive in shape, clearly expressing the aspirations and beliefs of cadres, party members and people towards the Congress.

The Organizing Committee selected 50 propaganda paintings to display at the exhibition, and awarded 19 prizes to outstanding authors, including: 1 first prize and 7 consolation prizes in the symbolic category; 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 5 consolation prizes in the propaganda painting category.

Leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Organizing Committee took souvenir photos with the authors.

The first prize in the propaganda painting category went to author Nguyen Thi Lo from Ninh Binh with the work "Warmly welcome the 16th Congress of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030" . The first prize in the logo category went to author Ho Sy Khai from Dong Thap .

The award-winning and selected works for display will make an important contribution to visual propaganda work, creating an exciting and confident atmosphere throughout the Party and people, towards the success of the Congress.
