All competitions are organized according to the regulations of the Vietnam Kendo Federation (VKF) and the rules of the International Kendo Federation (FIK).

In addition, the Organizing Committee also arranged all functional areas including warm-up, competition area, medical area, and established a process for receiving technical complaints according to standards... The Organizing Committee also conducted the drawing, scheduling, and updated results using the same data system to ensure continuity and synchronization between categories, creating conditions for the teams to proactively plan tactics and prepare physically.

Performance before the competition

Previously, on November 20 and 21, as part of the 2025 National Championship activities, an in-depth seminar focused on three groups of content: basic and advanced technical standards; updating competition rules, match management methods; and training orientation according to the FIK system. Along with that, the promotion exam from 1 Kyu to 3 Dan recognized by FIK took place under the professional chairmanship of Higashi Yoshimi Sensei, Hanshi 8-Dan, Head Coach of the Japanese Kendo Team at the 19th World Kendo Championship.

According to the Organizing Committee, the primary goal of AVKC 2025 is to standardize the level of athletes, coaching staff, and referees according to the FIK criteria. When technical rules, training methods, and match management are unified, the movement will have a sustainable foundation to reach the continental and world playgrounds.

Athletes entering the competition

The next goal is to expand the movement nationwide, encourage localities to build new clubs, and at the same time train the next generation. Through professional exchanges and sharing of lesson plans, VKF hopes that each club will become a "fulcrum" for systematic training, connected to the general network.
