On the evening of November 21, at the Hai Phong City Culture, Cinema and Exhibition Center, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with the Hai Phong City People's Committee to organize the opening ceremony of the Exhibition "Cultural heritage, Vietnamese landscapes and traditional handicraft products in 2025".
Attending the opening ceremony were comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong City People's Committee; representatives of leaders of units under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment ; leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the provinces and cities: Hue, Dien Bien, Phu Tho, Ninh Binh, Hai Phong and many delegates, artisans, tourists inside and outside the city.

The exhibition was held on the occasion of Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day, November 23. This is a large-scale activity to honor the values of tangible and intangible cultural heritage, scenic spots, traditional arts and handicrafts of many regions.
The event, organized by the Vietnam Exhibition Center for Culture and Arts in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong and related units, took place from November 21 to 24.

This year’s exhibition space is organized into many thematic exhibition areas with rich content. The general exhibition area introduces more than 300 artistic images of Vietnam’s cultural and natural heritage; displays documents demonstrating President Ho Chi Minh’s concern for heritage conservation; and documents of the Party and State on this field.

In addition, the exhibition cluster “Vietnam - Land of Heritage” brings fascinating slices of biospheres, human memories, and typical landscapes across the country. A special highlight is the exhibition area “Colorful space of intangible cultural heritage of Vietnam”, introducing images of genres such as Bac Ninh Quan Ho folk songs, Hue royal court music, Central Highlands gong cultural space, etc.

In the culinary field, the space "Hanoi Culinary Cultural Heritage" recreates the pho making profession - a national intangible cultural heritage with many unique documents and stories of the profession.
This year, the Organizing Committee also introduced many new topics such as Vietnamese calligraphy art, Ao Dai exhibition with the theme "Vietnamese Ao Dai in national cultural heritage", light sculpture art performance with the collection "Thien Ma - Perfection", and the art exhibition "Ceramics & Tea" combined with the experience of making Quang An lotus tea - a national intangible cultural heritage.

The exhibition areas of Dien Bien, Phu Tho, Quang Ninh, Ninh Binh, Hue, Da Nang and Hai Phong bring unique colors of natural heritage, history, festivals, typical products and OCOP products.
Notably, Quang Ninh introduces UNESCO-recognized heritages such as Ha Long Bay, Cat Ba Archipelago, Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac Complex; and handicrafts of the Dao, San Chi, Tay ethnic groups...

Within the framework of the event, many art programs and heritage exchanges were held throughout such as "Shining colors", "My homeland Vietnam", performances of traditional musical instruments, folk dances, xoan singing, quan ho singing, cheo singing, bai choi singing, don ca tai tu singing... The parade "Honoring Vietnamese Ao Dai - Journey to spread the beauty of heritage" took place on the afternoon of November 23, promising to attract a large number of people and tourists.
The exhibition “Cultural heritage, scenic spots of Vietnam and traditional handicraft products in 2025” is expected to contribute to promoting heritage, boosting tourism development, and raising public awareness in preserving and spreading traditional cultural values of the nation.
