Hanoi City directed wards to urgently complete site clearance work on the Hoang Cau-Vo Phuc section to serve the Ring Road 1 project.

The Hanoi Party Committee requested the Party Committees and authorities of O Cho Dua, Lang and Giang Vo wards to concentrate resources to complete the site clearance work as soon as possible and strengthen propaganda and mobilization work to create consensus among people whose land is being recovered; and stabilize the situation in the area.

There are currently 318 plans that have not yet handed over the land out of a total of 795 plans because some households do not agree with the state's compensation policy and some other objective reasons.
