Mr. Bui Dinh Binh, Head of THADS Department, Region 12.
Nearly 30 years of working in the "profession" of THADS, having worked in many units in different positions, but in any position, Mr. Binh is always an exemplary person, together with the unit's leadership team, overcoming all difficulties and excellently completing assigned tasks.
During the process of managing, operating and implementing tasks, he has implemented many measures to innovate and improve the quality of execution work according to the motto "timely, accurate, scientific and thoughtful". In particular, focusing on innovating and improving the quality of work programs, information reporting regimes; applying information technology; innovating working methods to ensure closeness, specificity, determination, clear people, clear work, clear completion time; regularly following the work, following subordinates to check, directing timely removal of difficulties and obstacles. Along with that, he actively studies, participates in learning, promptly updates directives and resolutions of the Party, State and related documents, constantly self-studying, self-training through comrades, colleagues and information channels to improve professional qualifications and expertise. At the same time, regularly encourages cadres and civil servants in the unit to participate in training courses on professional work, expertise, and political theory. Thanks to that enthusiasm, the unit's non-professional activities have achieved many remarkable results. In particular, in recent years, Mr. Binh has had many innovative experiences applied to the unit's practice, such as: "Civil mobilization and persuasion work in the field of THADS"; "Coordination between the THADS agency and relevant agencies, departments and branches"; "Solutions on skills to verify conditions for execution of judgments"; "Some solutions to promote coordination of THADS"; "Some solutions to promote civil mobilization and persuasion work in the field of THADS to improve the effectiveness of THADS work".
With the above solutions, the THADS work in the area of the unit in charge has had many positive changes, THADS decisions have been issued on time for 100% of the judgments and decisions that have come into effect, ensuring timeliness and compliance with the law. The verification and classification of cases with conditions for enforcement and those without conditions for enforcement have been carried out objectively, preventing violations of the law in THADS activities. As a result, over the years, the unit has always enforced cases that met and exceeded the set plan. Mr. Binh shared: “I always keep in mind that a THADS officer must always maintain and implement well the ethical standards of an enforcement officer, cultivate ethics, improve his profession, master the provisions of the law, be passionate about the profession, and devote himself to the assigned tasks. It is also about being impartial and objective in resolving cases so as not to be tempted or give up in the face of the difficulties and hardships of the profession and the greatest joy is to receive the trust and love of the people and colleagues.”
With his achievements during his work, for many consecutive years, Mr. Binh has received many certificates of merit from all levels and sectors. In particular, in 2025, he was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister for his outstanding achievements in work, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.
