Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Tran Thanh Lam said: Recently, the damage caused by floods to the people of the provinces is very large. With the sentiment of "The whole leaf covers the torn leaf," sharing food and clothes, "love others as you love yourself," responding to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front , the collective of cadres, party members, and workers of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission expressed their sentiments through joint activities to contribute so that the Central Relief Mobilization Commission can promptly distribute to the people.
With sincere gratitude to the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, the representative of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front pledged that the donations from ministries, branches and people nationwide will be transferred as soon as possible to the people of the provinces affected by storms and floods.
Each Front cadre has, is and will promote the highest spirit and responsibility towards the people.
Implementing the direction of the Standing Secretariat and the Prime Minister , on October 2, the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front held a launching ceremony and issued an appeal to support people affected by storm No. 10 (Bualoi).
On October 31, 2025, the Central Relief Mobilization Committee issued Notice No. 57 on continuing to mobilize support for people affected by storms No. 11, 12, 13 and floods.
On November 21, the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front continued to launch the campaign "All people support the people of the Central region to overcome the consequences of floods."
Since October, the Fatherland Front in 34 provinces, cities and all levels has launched support programs in response to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to support on the spot, directly transferring support resources to affected localities.
According to incomplete statistics, as of November 24, the entire Vietnam Fatherland Front system at all levels has mobilized over 3,200 billion VND to support people to overcome the consequences caused by storms and floods.
Results of mobilization through the Central Relief Mobilization Committee - Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front: As of 12:00 on November 25, the total number of registrations through the Committee's channel was more than 2,088.5 billion VND, of which, units registered through the Central Relief Mobilization Committee but directly transferred support to localities was 1,118.5 billion VND; units, organizations, and individuals transferred money or cash directly to the Central Relief Mobilization Committee over 970 billion VND.
As of November 24, more than 1.05 million people and nearly 61,000 businesses have donated through the Central Relief Mobilization Committee.
The amount of funds and products transferred to the Central Relief Mobilization Committee is over 945,819 billion VND (including: 44.3 billion VND transferred out of the total 112,596 billion VND registered at the Autumn Fair - reaching 39.3%).
The Central Relief Mobilization Committee has allocated 9 batches with a budget of 678.182 billion VND (71.7% of the budget transferred during the mobilization) through the accounts of the Relief Committee or the Fatherland Front Committee of 23 provinces and cities (Thai Nguyen 45.12 billion VND; Bac Ninh 20.062 billion VND; Lang Son 30.5 billion VND; Cao Bang 35 billion VND; Tuyen Quang 35 billion VND; Lao Cai 25 billion VND; Son La 15 billion VND; Dien Bien 5 billion VND; Phu Tho 20 billion VND; Hai Phong 10 billion VND; Hung Yen 10 billion VND; Ninh Binh 25.5 billion VND; Thanh Hoa 25.5 billion VND; Nghe An 40.5 billion VND; Ha Tinh 40.5 billion VND; Quang Tri 55.5 billion VND; Hue 40 billion VND; Da Nang 40 billion VND; Quang Ngai 35 billion VND; Gia Lai 45 billion VND). billion VND; Dak Lak 40 billion VND; Khanh Hoa 20 billion VND; Lam Dong 20 billion VND).
Localities and units have directly allocated 118.5 billion VND to localities. VinGroup Corporation, through Thien Tam Fund, as of November 21, has disbursed more than 350 billion VND (equal to 70% of the 500 billion VND registered for the first round of support).
