
The excavated relics of this culture have been recognized by the archaeological world as evidence of the Stone Age.

Caves such as Tham Khuyen ( Lang Son ), Xom Trai (Phu Tho), in the scenic area of Trang An (Ninh Binh)...


...or on the islands in Ha Long Bay, where polished stone tools as well as traces of activities from the Stone Age and Bronze Age were found from more than 1,000 to 20,000 years ago.

Up to now, many caves have become scenic spots such as Nguom Ngao Cave (Cao Bang), Nguoi Xua Cave (Ninh Binh) and especially the famous caves in Ha Long Bay or Quang Binh .


They show that caves were indeed shelters suitable for living conditions, avoiding wild animals, rain, wind and adverse natural impacts. The stone artifacts here also reflect the aesthetics of prehistoric people, as they reflect their ingenuity in conquering nature.
