...or on the islands in Ha Long Bay, where polished stone tools and traces of Stone Age and Bronze Age activities dating back more than 1,000 to 20,000 years have been found.

To date, many caves have become scenic spots, such as Ngườm Ngao Cave ( Cao Bằng ), Ancient People's Cave (Ninh Bình), and especially the famous caves in Hạ Long Bay or Quảng Bình.


They show that caves were indeed suitable shelters for living conditions, protecting people from wild animals, rain, wind, and other adverse natural impacts. The stone artifacts found here also reflect the aesthetics of prehistoric people, showcasing their ingenuity in conquering nature.
