The 'two-zero' life of people in the flooded area of ​​Khanh Hoa on the 5th day of flood prevention

Although floodwaters in Dien Khanh commune (Khanh Hoa) receded significantly on November 21, many villages were still submerged in water, completely isolated, and difficult for rescue forces to access.

According to VietNamNet, Vo Kien village (Dien Khanh commune) is still isolated due to the high flood level. In recent days, people in flooded areas have had to live in a "two-no" situation: no electricity and no running water.

Currently, Dien Khanh commune and Tay Nha Trang ward are still the two most heavily flooded areas in Khanh Hoa. The roads connecting these two communes and wards to Nha Trang ward are not accessible due to some sections being deeply submerged in water.
