The floods have left dozens of people dead and missing; over 50,000 houses deeply submerged and damaged; tens of thousands of hectares of crops and livestock and poultry swept away. Many communes remain isolated, roads are cut off, and people's lives face countless difficulties.

The Ward Fatherland Front Committees call on Front member organizations, agencies, units, enterprises, cadres, civil servants, workers, entrepreneurs and all classes of people to join hands and contribute to support people who are suffering heavy losses due to floods. Thereby, contributing to helping people in flood-affected areas overcome difficult times, have more resources to overcome consequences, soon stabilize their lives and rebuild production.
