On November 22, at the Cultural Space of Vietnamese Quality - The Map ( Hanoi ), the event "Dialogue of Vietnamese Quality - Launch of the book "Vietnamese Quality Management Culture" took place. With three perspectives of expertise - art - publishing vision, the event gathered 3 speakers: author Do Thuy Duong - an expert with more than 25 years of experience in developing corporate culture, author of the book "Vietnamese Management Culture - From Resilience to Prosperity"; musician Duong Thu - an artist closely associated with the depth of Vietnamese culture and Mr. Vu Trong Dai - Director of Times Science and Education Publishing Joint Stock Company (TIMES) - the publisher of the book.

The book “Vietnamese Management Culture - From Resilience to Prosperity” by author Do Thuy Duong is jointly published by TIMES and The Gioi Publishing House. As a 25-year expert in the field of corporate culture development, having held the role of Director of Vingroup Cultural Training Center and Director of Talent & Culture Development of VinFast, author Do Thuy Duong recounted the journey to find “Vietnamese identity” in management through hundreds of transformation projects in large enterprises such as Vingroup, VinFast, Canifa or HG Media…

The author asserts that many management models imported from the West or Japan cannot be applied in their original form to Vietnamese enterprises, due to profound differences in psychology and cultural values. From there, she builds the concept of "Vietnamese Quality" - a system of values including "Aspiration, Discipline, Resilience, Adaptability and Resonance" - as the foundation for a management system suitable for Vietnamese people in the integration period.

The book is considered the first attempt to systematize the “Vietnamese Management Map”. The work leads readers from the context of “Time and World”, to decoding each Vietnamese value, then presenting a model where culture is no longer emotional but becomes a quantifiable operating platform. Many experts evaluate the book as not only useful for business leaders but also an important contribution to the development of modern Vietnamese management thinking.

At the event, musician Duong Thu brought a perspective from the roots of Vietnamese culture. He said that, amid the wave of modernization, many Vietnamese people easily fall into the mentality of "preferring the West", unconsciously considering foreign models as the standard. According to him, what Vietnamese people need is not only to absorb new things but also to be aware of the depth of Eastern culture and the values that have created national identity. When businesses know how to incorporate culture into their products and operating models, they can create "worthy products" - both modern and imbued with the Vietnamese spirit.

Sharing the reason for inviting musician Duong Thu to participate in this dialogue about “Vietnamese qualities”, Mr. Vu Trong Dai - Director of TIMES said that art culture and corporate culture are inseparable. “If in art, the musician calls it optimism and soaring, then in management language, author Do Thuy Duong calls it “positivity” - one of the five Vietnamese qualities emphasized in this work”, Mr. Vu Trong Dai emphasized.

The real stories from the author's consulting journey, the artists' concerns about identity, and the publisher's intellectual connections have opened up a new perspective: Vietnamese businesses can "tailor" their own management model, instead of trying to fit into "ready-made clothes" from abroad.
