Nam Da Commune People's Committee has established 3 flood prevention working groups with more than 100 officials, civil servants, police and military forces to respond and support people. Lam Dong Provincial Police reinforced 2 canoes and 14 support officers. The Provincial Military Command also mobilized 2 canoes and 25 soldiers from the Civil Defense Command of Region 2 - Dong Gia Nghia to coordinate the rescue.

At the same time, many organizations and individuals inside and outside the commune have provided timely support with food, supplies and funds to people in flood-affected areas. The Vietnam Fatherland Front of the commune is the focal point for receiving and distributing relief goods openly and transparently. As of November 22, the commune has mobilized 150 cartons of bottled water, 500 loaves of bread, 5 cartons of dry food, 200 cartons of instant noodles, 100 cartons of milk, more than 300 meals, many items, clothes and over 40 million VND in cash.

Mr. Ngo Xuan Dong, Chairman of Nam Da Commune People's Committee added: From the night of November 21 to 10:00 a.m. on November 22, the water level of Krong No River, Krong Ana River and the confluence area of the two rivers continued to rise by about 30 cm. Buon Tua Srah Hydropower Plant continued to discharge spillovers, combined with a large amount of water from Giang Son branch (Krong Ana River) flowing downstream, with a flow rate of more than 2,000 m³/s, causing the risk of deep flooding to still exist.
