Accordingly, Vietnam Airlines said that from now until December 31, 2025, the supporting goods will be exempted from all transportation fees, fuel surcharges and related fees, and will be given priority loading on flights of Vietnam Airlines Group (including Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines and VASCO) from airports across the country to Phu Cat, Tuy Hoa, Cam Ranh, Lien Khuong, Buon Ma Thuot and Pleiku airports.

This activity will also continue to apply to flights to Phu Bai, Da Nang and Chu Lai as in the first phase of implementation. The program duration may be extended depending on actual demand and the amount of supporting goods.

The program applies to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, the Vietnam Red Cross at all levels, socio-political organizations, State agencies, social organizations, charity funds (licensed by State agencies) and enterprises whose support purposes are confirmed or introduced by competent authorities. Other organizations and individuals with transportation needs can contact the above units.
