Announcing a group of electronically connected administrative procedures

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just issued Decision No. 4422/QD - BVHTTDL on the announcement of a group of electronic interconnected administrative procedures including: Procedures for registering the establishment of a business household; Procedures for granting a Certificate of eligibility for security and order; Procedures for granting a License for eligibility to conduct karaoke business.

Pursuant to Decree No. 297/2025/ND-CP dated November 17, 2025 of the Government stipulating the implementation of electronic interconnection of a group of administrative procedures: Registration of establishment of a business household - issuance of a Certificate of eligibility for security and order - issuance of a License of eligibility for karaoke service business; At the request of the Director of the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library and the Chief of Office of the Ministry... The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a Decision to promulgate a group of electronic interconnection administrative procedures including: Procedures for registration of establishment of a business household; Procedures for issuance of a Certificate of eligibility for security and order; Procedures for issuance of a License of eligibility for karaoke service business.

Accordingly, the group of electronic administrative procedures includes: Registering to establish a business household - granting a Certificate of eligibility for security and order - granting a License of eligibility for karaoke business.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the Chief of the Ministry's Office, Director of the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library, Heads of Departments, Divisions and relevant agencies and units to be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
