Graduated from the College of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine and worked in the veterinary industry for a while, but Mr. Manh always had one thing in mind: How to make his hometown more prosperous, so that the traditional profession would not be lost. The idea of ​​"combining duck - the specialty that made Van Dinh famous - with ham" came to him from his family meal. That idea made many people skeptical, because no one had ever made duck ham before. But Mr. Manh believes: "If you don't dare to try, you will never have anything new."

The first three months of starting a business were a series of failures: some batches were crumbly, some were sticky, some tasted like minced meat. Capital was limited, and there were times when he thought he would have to give up. But with perseverance and love for his hometown's craft, he continued to tinker every day, adjusting the recipe, selecting ingredients, and personally seasoning each batch. Finally, the first batch of duck sausage that met the standards was born: crispy, chewy, rich in flavor and fragrant with the flavor of Van Dinh.

In 2021, he officially started his business with the brand "Thuy Manh duck sausage". After only a few months, the product was recognized as a 3-star OCOP by Hanoi City. By 2023, the brand continued to be honored as the Vietnam Golden Agricultural Brand, and achieved ISO 22000:2018 certification for food safety - proud milestones for a son who grew up in a craft village.

Not stopping at duck sausage, Mr. Manh continues to expand his products with pork sausage, cinnamon sausage, duck meatballs, duck liver pate, smoked duck sausage, duck banh chung... Many of these products have met the 4-star OCOP standard, becoming a familiar choice for families, restaurants and the gift market. For him, each product is not only a dish but also a "bridge" between tradition and modernity, a way for Van Dinh flavor to step out into the street and reach further.

In the hustle and bustle of urbanization, the startup story of Mr. Luong Tien Manh is not only the journey of a young person persistently pursuing his passion, but also a testament to the enduring vitality of craft village culture - contributing to spreading the famous delicacies of the Van Dinh culinary region throughout the country.
