Since November 16, 2025, due to the impact of many extreme weather patterns, prolonged heavy rains over a large area have caused serious flooding in the Central and Central Highlands provinces, especially Gia Lai, Khanh Hoa, Dak Lak and Lam Dong. The historic "great flood" has caused severe damage, affecting thousands of households, making life extremely difficult.
Responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels to support people in flood-affected areas to overcome the consequences of floods; at the same time promoting the tradition of "Mutual love and affection" and the sense of responsibility "Full of affection" of the Oil and Gas people, the Party Committee - Board of Directors - Trade Union - Youth Union - Veterans Association of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company ( BSR ) launched a program calling on all employees of the Company to join hands to support people affected by floods.
