Tuy Hoa Airport resumes operations, airlines actively transport relief goods

After being temporarily suspended due to the impact of floods, Tuy Hoa airport (Dak Lak province) has now resumed operations. Airlines are actively transporting relief goods to people in flooded areas.

Tuy Hoa Airport ( Dak Lak province) has resumed operations. Priority is given to delivering necessities to people in flooded areas.

From now until December 31, Vietnam Airlines Group will waive all fares and prioritize loading of goods, bringing essential goods to people in provinces affected by storms and floods. To date, more than 30 tons of essential goods have been safely transported.

Not only stopping at Hue, Da Nang , Chu Lai, currently support shipments will be given priority to fly directly to Phu Cat, Tuy Hoa, Cam Ranh, Lien Khuong, Buon Ma Thuot and Pleiku.

In addition, Vietjet is also supporting the free transportation of relief goods from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City airports to flood-affected areas in the Central region. Up to now, the airline has delivered dozens of tons of goods to the flood-affected areas.

Previously, Bamboo Airways transported 1 ton of relief rice from the People's Committee of Tan Cuong Commune (Thai Nguyen province) from Noi Bai airport to Phu Cat (Gia Lai province).

The airline still accepts relief goods sent on flights departing from Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City to Quy Nhon. Accordingly, the goods are packaged in packages with sturdy packaging. Each package must not exceed 40 kg and each shipment must not exceed 500 kg.
