According to information from the People's Committee of Vinh Bao commune, as of the morning of November 22, 36 households in Cuc Pho and Huy Tri 5 villages have not yet received compensation, support, or handed over land for the construction of the Vinh Quang Industrial Park Project.
These are households whose agricultural land has been recovered and have had an approved compensation and site clearance support plan. The reason why these households have not received the money is because they believe that the compensation price applied according to the approved plan is still low, and they request the city and the investor to provide additional support.
The authorities of Vinh Bao commune coordinated with the investor to organize many meetings with households and clearly explained the application of land compensation unit prices in accordance with regulations and applied to 598 households in Vinh Hai commune who also had agricultural land recovered; it cannot be applied separately to some households.
The People's Committee of Vinh Bao commune and local organizations have also repeatedly met with each household to propagate, mobilize, and explain, and at the same time organized many direct dialogues with the households. However, up to now, the households still do not agree.
On November 21, the People's Committee of Vinh Bao commune held a final dialogue with 36 households that had not received the money, announcing that the enforcement would be carried out before November 28, 2025.
The Vinh Quang Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Business Investment Project (Phase 1) has a scale of about 164.3 hectares. Of which, Vinh Bao commune has about 50.6 hectares related to 323 households; Vinh Hai commune has about 113.7 hectares related to 598 households. Vinh Hai commune has completed all site clearance work.
