Faced with heavy damage caused by floods in the South Central provinces, the SOS An Lao Club (Hai Phong) launched a relief campaign, connecting philanthropists and volunteer organizations to join hands to support people in disaster-hit areas to overcome difficulties.
In just a short time, Hai Phong city residents and many philanthropists across the country have donated 15 tons of necessities and nearly 500 million VND in cash.
On the afternoon of November 23, the first relief shipment of 2.5 tons of necessities was transported free of charge by Vietjet Air from Cat Bi Airport (Hai Phong) to Cam Ranh Airport (Khanh Hoa). From there, the relief goods were transferred to the West Nha Trang area to promptly support people affected by floods.

Also on November 23, 7 tons of necessities were transported by road to Dak Lak, expected to be delivered to flood victims on November 24.
In order to shorten the response time and reduce transportation costs, SOS An Lao Club ordered more rice in Nha Trang to supplement emergency support for flood victims.
