Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc has just signed Decision No. 2572/QD-TTg dated November 23, 2025 of the Prime Minister on providing emergency financial support to the provinces of Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong, Gia Lai and Dak Lak to overcome damage caused by floods.
Specifically, support of VND 1,100 billion from the central budget reserve in 2025 for 4 localities: Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong, Gia Lai, Dak Lak (of which Khanh Hoa province is VND 150 billion, Lam Dong province is VND 300 billion, Gia Lai province is VND 150 billion, Dak Lak province is VND 500 billion) to overcome damage caused by floods as proposed by the Ministry of Finance in Document No. 18147/BTC-NSNN dated November 23, 2025.
Provincial People's Committees are responsible for proactively balancing local budget expenditures, along with the funds supported by the central budget and other legal financial resources to carry out urgent tasks to overcome the consequences of natural disasters according to regulations.
The People's Committees of the provinces shall manage and use the above-mentioned additional funds, ensuring publicity, transparency, correct use, correct objects, and compliance with the provisions of the law on the state budget and other relevant legal documents, avoiding loss or negativity; at the same time, report the results of use to the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and relevant agencies for synthesis and reporting to the Prime Minister.
