In Phuoc Luong village of Hoa Xuan commune, although the floodwaters have receded, many households are still submerged and isolated, including 87-year-old Nguyen Thi Lieu, an elderly person living alone, unable to go out to receive relief goods or buy food.
Upon receiving the news, the working group of the Provincial Military Command quickly prepared hot rice, drinking water, milk and some essential items, and moved to the flooded area to approach the old man's house.
