189th Naval Brigade supports people in flood-hit areas

Faced with the situation of heavy rain and floods causing great damage in many localities, a working delegation of the 189th Naval Brigade led by Lieutenant Colonel Ha Van Ty - Deputy Political Commissar of the Brigade came to encourage and give gifts to people affected by floods in Tay Nha Trang ward and Dien Dien commune.

The working group transported gifts to the damaged areas.

Give gifts to families affected by natural disasters.

At the destinations, the brigade supported 200 gifts including necessities, purified water...; at the same time, sent a medical team to distribute and instruct the people on the use of essential medicines. Previously, from November 19, the brigade coordinated with the Naval Region 4 Command to mobilize boats and vehicles to participate in rescue, rescue, and bring people from flooded areas in Khanh Hoa province to safe shelters.

Currently, the brigade has arranged leave for soldiers whose families suffered damage due to floods to overcome the consequences; organized a fundraising campaign to support people in flood-affected areas; and continued to join units in the Navy Force Group 4 to help people overcome the consequences of floods and soon stabilize their lives.
