In the long term, it is necessary to invest funds to build main roads connecting to other communes. Because the roads are currently small and narrow, mainly through villages, when floods occur, they are almost completely isolated, making it difficult for outsiders to access the inside and impossible for insiders to get out.

Previously, the working delegation of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Ta Anh Tuan, visited and encouraged the households that lost their homes due to the flood, Mr. Nguyen Ng., 84 years old, and Mrs. Ng.T Nh., 80 years old, in Phu Huu village, Hoa Thinh commune.

Reporting to the working group, since November 18, the Provincial Military Command has mobilized mobile forces to Hoa Thinh commune to simultaneously deploy 15 collective kitchens, of which 9 kitchens serve the military forces directly participating in search and rescue and helping people overcome natural disasters; 6 mobile kitchens both ensure the armed forces and ensure meals for people in isolated areas who have been rescued and brought to safety.

The commander of the kitchen at the center of Hoa Thinh commune said that these kitchens have provided about 2,000 meals per day for the people in the commune. All meals include rice and fresh foods such as meat, fish, green vegetables... The rice source is from the reinforcement of the Army, the green vegetables are grown by the Army and brought from the western region of the province.

Directly inspecting and directing the remedial work at the scene, comrade Ta Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized the consistent guiding viewpoint: "The top priority at this time is to stabilize people's lives, restore essential infrastructure and prevent the risk of epidemics. The spirit is to clean up the environment wherever the water recedes."

Currently, the province has agreed to support 25 million VND/case of death due to floods (including the Provincial People's Committee supporting 10 million VND; the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee supporting 15 million VND).

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested localities to mobilize all forces to clean up mud, waste, spray disinfectants, especially pay attention to clean water sources and hygiene at schools and medical stations to soon bring operations back to normal.

The Electricity industry needs to ensure absolute safety when re-energizing to avoid unfortunate accidents.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment urgently reviews and guides people to restore production as soon as conditions permit.

The provincial leaders also noted that currently, a low pressure area is appearing in the East Sea that is likely to strengthen into a storm and head towards the eastern part of the province. Therefore, localities must absolutely not be subjective, and must proactively prepare response plans according to the "4 on-site" motto.

In particular, in the face of the emergence of fake news and distorted information about the flood situation causing public confusion, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan said that he had assigned the Provincial Police to strictly handle violations. At the same time, he requested press and media agencies to strengthen official information, helping people feel secure and unite with the government to overcome this difficult period, with the highest goal of "everyone having a new house and a stable life to celebrate Tet".
