On November 23, Chairman of the People's Committee of La Dee Commune, Bui The Anh, said that the incident happened while Mr. Alang Gh. (Cong To Ron Hamlet, La Dee Commune) and commune officials were checking the damage to crops on his family's farm after the recent floods.

The information was reported, immediately, militia, police, medical staff and local people were mobilized to support. Due to the difficult terrain, the forces had to carry the patient from the field down a distance of nearly 1km, then asked the Commune Police car to take him to Cha Val Regional General Clinic for emergency treatment.

Thanks to the quick coordination of the forces and local people, the patient was taken to a medical facility in time. The patient is currently being monitored and cared for by doctors and nurses.

Chairman of La Dee Commune People's Committee Bui The Anh said that immediately after the flood, the local government established 5 working groups to inspect, review and verify the extent of damage caused by natural disasters to property, infrastructure, agricultural production and people's lives...

"Commune officials were mobilized to work on both Saturday and Sunday to summarize the damage before November 26, propose solutions and provide timely support for people to soon stabilize their lives," said Mr. Bui The Anh.
