Handing over gratitude houses to people of Chien Dan commune

DNO - Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), Quang Nam branch, has just coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Chien Dan commune to hand over a gratitude house to Ms. Cao Thi Phung (Dan Long village).

The house was completed after more than a month of construction, with support of 60 million VND from BIDV and 13.2 million VND mobilized by the Front Committee of Dan Long village. Thereby, it has given more motivation for Mrs. Cao Thi Phung's family to improve their lives.

According to Mr. Thai Binh , Secretary of the Party Committee of Chien Dan commune, the movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the area has a strong influence, creating a widespread response among the people.

Many organizations, businesses and philanthropists have joined in supporting funds and labor days, helping disadvantaged households build and repair houses; creating motivation for the locality to continue to do well in sustainable poverty reduction.
