Along with a team of lecturers who are leaders of major press agencies and technology experts, the program also has the participation and sharing of representatives of cross-border platforms such as TikTok.

The program aims to equip units with knowledge, skills, and effective models to support them in implementing the Prime Minister 's Digital Transformation Strategy to 2025, with a vision to 2030.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Director of the Press Department Luu Dinh Phuc emphasized that digital transformation has become a mainstream trend, strongly impacting all fields, in which the press is most directly and deeply impacted.
Vietnamese press is facing the need to strongly innovate the editorial organization model, working methods, production processes and content management.

“Digital transformation of journalism is not simply applying new technologies to the journalism process, it is a comprehensive restructuring process, combining innovation in management thinking with innovation in content creation methods, between technology application and data optimization,” Mr. Luu Dinh Phuc affirmed.
