Training on professional office work at grassroots level

On the morning of November 17, the An Giang Provincial Party Committee Office held a training conference to guide professional work of grassroots Party committee offices in 2025.

The conference was attended by approximately 360 delegates, including officials in charge of information technology, digital transformation , document management, and archiving from advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee; provincial-level political and social organizations; Ton Duc Thang Political School; An Giang Provincial Newspaper and Radio and Television ; and leaders of offices, document management and archiving officials, and officials in charge of information technology and digital transformation of Party Committees of communes, wards, and special zones.

During the three-day training course (November 17-19), delegates studied the following topics: Management and use of cryptographic products connecting the Party's wide-area information network; basic knowledge of computer networks, connections, and troubleshooting common cryptographic errors; guidance on using operational management software; sending, receiving, and processing electronic documents (including regular and confidential documents); managing meeting schedules and creating electronic work files; general issues concerning Party and socio-political organizations' document management and archiving; safeguarding state secrets in document management and archiving; creating, submitting, and storing files and documents in agency archives; and collecting files and documents for agency archives and the Party's historical archives.

The training helps delegates improve their skills and expertise in Party committee office work, contributing to the effective implementation of administrative reform and digital transformation tasks at agencies, units, and localities in the coming time.
