The grassroots trade union of An Giang Urban Environment Joint Stock Company takes care of the material and spiritual lives of its members.

The Executive Committee of the Trade Union of An Giang Urban Environment Joint Stock Company held its 5th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Mr. Hua Van Phung, Member of the Executive Committee of the An Giang Provincial Federation of Labor and Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Department, along with representatives from the company's Board of Directors, attended the event.

During the period 2023-2025, all employees in the unit will have stable employment, and their salaries and related benefits and policies will be fully implemented. The grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee and the company's Board of Directors will always create the best conditions for employees to work with peace of mind, while also organizing many activities such as visiting and giving gifts to union members during holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year); repairing and building houses for employees in difficult circumstances; and organizing regular health check-ups for employees.

In particular, workers actively participate in many meaningful activities organized by the Provincial Labor Union and achieve many high awards in the movements "Excellent Workers, Creative Workers", "Workers and Ensuring Traffic Safety", "Workers' Month and Occupational Safety and Health Month", "Innovation, Creativity, and Efficiency in Trade Union Activities" and "Studying and Following the Ideology, Morality, and Style of Ho Chi Minh " associated with the movement "Making the People Love and Cherish".

In his address to the congress, Mr. Hua Van Phung, Member of the Executive Committee of the An Giang Provincial Federation of Labor and Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Department, highly appreciated the achievements made, contributing to maintaining clean, green, and beautiful streets, corners, and villages. He requested that the new term's grassroots trade union executive committee continue to build on the achievements, introduce more innovations, and better care for the lives of union members and workers. He also urged them to further promote the "Making the people love and cherish you" movement, creating a strong impact and spreading many examples of good people and good deeds...

The congress elected the Executive Committee of the An Giang Urban Environment Joint Stock Company's Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 9 members. Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc Bich, Head of the company's Supervisory Board, was elected as the Chairwoman of the company's trade union for the 2025-2030 term.
