
Faced with the heavy losses caused by natural disasters in the Central and Central Highlands regions, officials, party members and people of Dong Da, Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam and O Cho Dua wards have been actively mobilizing donations and supporting compatriots, demonstrating the spirit of "mutual love".
The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Da Ward said that as of 6 p.m. on November 24, the total amount of money mobilized by the ward to support people in the Central and Central Highlands regions reached 600 million VND.

Along with cash, Dong Da residents also actively supported with items. The quantity of goods ready to be sent with the Vietnam Fatherland Front delegation of the city to Gia Lai includes: 200 boxes of instant noodles; 50 loads of clothes, winter blankets; 62 boxes of Fami milk and oat milk and other necessities such as cooking oil, soap, eye drops...
Also on November 24, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam ward organized the reception of a large amount of relief goods from philanthropists and people of residential area number 30.

In particular, philanthropist Hoang Ha Linh and members donated a total of relief goods, estimated to include: 20 tons of rice, 40 tons of essential foods, medicine, gas stoves, electric kettles, baby diapers, feminine hygiene pads, blankets, etc.
As of 5:00 p.m. on November 24, the amount of money mobilized by the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward reached 78.5 million VND along with essential items. The total estimated value is more than 900 million VND. The Ward is completing procedures to ship goods to support people in provinces affected by storms and floods by air.
On behalf of the ward leaders, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam ward Mai Van Lam expressed his appreciation and affirmed that this was an extremely valuable contribution. The ward committed to delivering all goods to the right people, right needs, timely and in accordance with regulations.
Contributing to the general movement, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of O Cho Dua Ward also actively participated in the campaign. As of 5:00 p.m. on November 24, the Fatherland Front of the Ward had mobilized 151,248 million VND.
In particular, O Cho Dua ward also received a large volume of goods with a total of 50 tons of goods, including essential necessities such as instant noodles, drinking water, rice, milk and clothes...
These meaningful and timely activities of the wards: Dong Da, Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam, O Cho Dua have affirmed the spirit of " Hanoi for the whole country, with the whole country", which is a valuable source of encouragement, contributing to helping the people of the Central region soon overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives and restore production.
