More than 120 tons of goods and food to support people in flood-affected areas

On the afternoon of November 23, in Thach Tuan village (Hoa Xuan commune), volunteer groups in the South and Hue city had an emergency relief shipment for about 200 households affected by the recent floods.

Households are supported with blankets, clothes, milk, canned food, packaged fast food, rice, instant noodles and other necessary necessities...

Previously (November 22), these volunteer groups also supported more than 200 affected households in the flood-affected area of ​​Hoa Thinh commune.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Binh (Sao Bien Folk Song and Dance Theater), representative of the volunteer group in Tuy Hoa ward (including many people in Tuy Hoa ward and some businesses in the province) said: Our volunteer group has connected with the Charity Kitchen in Hanoi , starting from November 22, each day this kitchen will provide about 5,000 free meals to people in the flood-affected areas of Hoa Thinh commune.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Binh added that by the afternoon of November 23, his volunteer group had connected with volunteer groups and philanthropists across the country to bring to Tuy Hoa ward more than 120 tons of various goods including rice, blankets, clothes, milk, sugar, canned food, packaged fast food, instant noodles, life jackets and other essential necessities.

Miss Huong Giang participated in giving gifts to flood victims in Thach Tuan village, Hoa Xuan commune.

Currently, the group's volunteers and local people are sorting and packaging them into gift bags to support flood victims in affected localities in the province.
