In the early winter days, following the Agribank Hoang Hoa staff to Hop Tan village, Hoang Thanh commune, everywhere we saw people diligently processing seafood, producing fish sauce, serving the consumption needs of the last months of the year and the upcoming Binh Ngo Lunar New Year. The smell of fish sauce and dried seafood emanating from it carried a unique salty taste of the sea. Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen, owner of the Yen Phuong traditional fish sauce production facility, could not hide her joy: "If it were not for the loan from Agribank Hoang Hoa - Bac Thanh Hoa , my family would not have the property we have today. For many years, the bank has always been with my family from the difficult early days of starting a business as well as until success." With diligence, hard work, and knowing how to use the loan capital for the right purpose, Ms. Yen's family has become a famous production and business household in the locality. Currently, her family has 3 traditional fish sauce production facilities in Hoang Thanh commune, creating jobs and stable income for many other households, known and followed by many people.

Mr. Nguyen The Son, Director of Bao Phong Production and Trading Company Limited (Hoang Son commune), shared: "Recently, the complicated situation of natural disasters and epidemics, and economic difficulties have strongly impacted the production and business activities of enterprises. However, with the sharing and companionship of Agribank Hoang Hoa, especially in administrative reform, creating favorable conditions to support loan interest rate reduction, it has created motivation to help enterprises overcome difficulties and maintain stable production and business activities. Currently, the enterprise is being provided with more than 5 billion VND by the bank with preferential interest rates. Low interest rates have created conditions for enterprises to invest in purchasing more machinery, expanding factories, and creating jobs for more than 400 workers."

Not only lending for production, recently, Agribank Bac Thanh Hoa has also implemented a special preferential credit program from October 1 to December 31, 2025, reducing interest rates by up to 2%/year for customers with outstanding loans at the Head Office and type II branches. This is a strong move demonstrating the commitment to "sharing benefits and accompanying people and businesses" in the context of many economic fluctuations.
