Instructions on exploiting and using Artificial Intelligence (AI) for cadres and party members in party agencies

Accordingly, performing the assigned tasks in Conclusion Notice No. 43-TB/TGV, dated September 8, 2025 of the Central Steering Committee on Science and Technology Development, Innovation and Digital Transformation, the Central Party Office has developed and completed the Guidelines on exploiting and using Artificial Intelligence (AI) for cadres and party members in party agencies.

The Central Party Office recommends that agencies research and consult to proactively apply the Guidelines, ensuring the application of AI in party agencies is unified, synchronous and effective; Proactively organize research and disseminate the contents of the Guidelines to cadres and party members. The application needs to be flexible, suitable to the specific characteristics of the work, aiming to increase efficiency and quality of work. At the same time, it is possible to concretize the contents of the Guidelines into documents and internal regulations so that the application is convenient and controlled.

The Central Party Office noted that in the process of applying AI tools, agencies must strictly comply with regulations on information safety, security and data protection, to avoid disclosure and leakage of internal information.

The field of Artificial Intelligence is constantly developing, therefore, the Guidelines will be reviewed, updated and supplemented regularly by the Central Office of the Party to suit technological advances and practical work requirements.

The Department of Digital Transformation - Cryptography (Central Office of the Party) is the focal point for exchanging, providing technical support and answering questions related to this Guide. Therefore, agencies in the implementation process can give comments and suggestions on the content of the Guide to synthesize and serve as a basis for updating the Guide in the coming time./.
