A warm home from Hai Phong Inspectorate helps near-poor households settle down

Hai Phong City Inspectorate supported 60 million VND to help Ms. Nguyen Thi Nang, a near-poor household in Kinh Mon ward, build a new house to stabilize her life.

City Inspectorate leaders presented funding to support house construction to Ms. Nguyen Thi Nang.

On the morning of November 7, Hai Phong City Inspectorate presented 60 million VND to support the construction of a house for Ms. Nguyen Thi Nang, a near-poor household in Kinh Mon Ward. This is an activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Vietnam Inspectorate's Traditional Day (November 23, 1945 - November 23, 2025).

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nang (61 years old) is a single woman with a disability, living in extremely difficult circumstances. Her old house is only about 20 square meters wide, has seriously degraded, and was heavily affected by Typhoon Yagi in 2024.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nang and her relatives are excited to have a new, spacious and comfortable house, helping the family feel secure and stable in life.

With the support of relatives, neighbors and organizations, Ms. Nang started to build a new house. Facing financial difficulties, she continued to receive the cooperation and sharing of the Inspectorate and the community, helping to complete a spacious house of 60 square meters, worth nearly 300 million VND.
